Prices, Privacy & Returns policies

All prices are guaranteed to be fair and accurate, they will not alter from the time of your purchase to the time you are charged.

EcoSleep Australia is an international company based in Australia. All transactions are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Due to the constant fluctuation in exchange rates this may result in some small variations in the dollar value.   EcoSleep Australia will not be held responsible for any variation in international exchange rates that may be imposed by a customer's banking institution including additional fees.
EcoSleep Australia will arrange shipping to your international address.
All transactions are charged in Australian Dollars (AUD) and will be confirmed before shipping your order.

We respect your privacy and appreciate your business. At no time do we ever provide your account contact or payment information to any third party vendor, associate or service provider unless absolutely necessary in order to complete your transaction and order.

Returns Policy 
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your order. (Our Dispatch & Goods Tracking System allows EcoSleep Australia to determine receipt date) You may return damaged goods only. 

EcoSleep Australia is unable to refund damaged goods returned more than 7 days after receipt of delivery.
Refund of damaged items and freight will be arranged by EcoSleep Australia for authorized return of damaged goods.

Please Note: The item remains your property until we have received it. Please make sure you have a ‘Proof of Posting’ document when returning an item to EcoSleep Australia.
The cost of your purchase and freight charges will be refunded to the original cardholder only.  EcoSleep Australia cannot send cash or cheques to either the original cardholder, or a third party which was sent a EcoSleep Australia item as a gift.
A photographic image of damages may be requested by EcoSleep Australia.
